I write most days (maybe 5 out of 7). I found the Medium Blueprint really helpful as I was very new to writing and Medium. Eve has a few suggestions in the course I've adopted to help me write more often. Such as write in batches. So I used to work on one article at a time which is really inefficient. It obviously on your working patterns and family situation as to whether you can write each morning.
