It took me 8 months to break the $100/month mark on Medium. And 10 months to start earning $800/month here. But I'd been on substack for 3 months before that.

After 13 months I launched a paid course and made $2000 from it.

This is quicker than I expected though.

I think 18 months is a reasonable timeframe IF you are posting consistently.
