This is great advice but tough to do.

We are so self-obsessed, insecure and anxiety as creators.

Ironically getting out of your own head can really help defeat these 3 enemies.

I always start with a title that is framed to help my audience - this usually keeps me on track at being other focused.

I'll admit I dont always achieve this though
